The Sea Ranch
Beautiful Sea Ranch runs from the Sonoma – Mendocino County line, at the Gualala River, south, along the coast, for approximately 11 miles. Sea Ranch is a Common-Interest-Development comprised of approximately 2200 parcels, and is governed by The Sea Ranch Association, the subdivision’s homeowners’ association. Gualala / Anchor Bay
Gualala begins where Sea Ranch ends, at the Gualala River, and runs north along the coast for approximately 11 miles. The town of Gualala is the “nerve center” for the South Coast, providing all the services (grocery stores, medical clinic, post office, gas stations, retail) necessary for daily life for residents and visitors alike.

Point Arena / Manchester / Irish Beach
The northern townships.
Historic Point Arena is sited about 17 minutes north of Gualala. It is one of California’s oldest, and smallest, incorporated cities.

Manchester is about 5 minutes north of Point Arena and mainly consists of larger agricultural parcels used for dairy operations. Manchester has a hardware and grocery store for the convenience of the local residents as well as those living or visiting Irish Beach, 7 minutes to the north. Irish Beach is a stand-alone residential subdivision consisting of approximately 450 parcels with access to a gorgeous, sandy 7-mile long beach stretching from Irish Beach south to the Point Arena lighthouse.
